"Its the worst site ever."

Its the worst site ever.. I ordered a cake for my granny's birthday they didn't deliver, didn't even have the audacity to inform once that my order is put on hold. I've been trying to call them from 2 days no one has cared to respond. I got 1 number from there Instagram page which was there management department's number they didn't even even redirect me to customer service just because I didn't talk politely.. after waiting for so long what did they expect?

I would give negative rating if available. Delivery guy didn't respond when we called back immediately. Cake wasn't delivered. They charged us extra for delivery. The taste of cake is very bad. Didnt send letter card included in the order. Had to request not to ruin the Birthday. Overall not a customer friendly experience. Worst experience and they did ruin our day. Worst company ever.

I wouldn't even give one stars... These guys deserve no stars whatsoever.... Total cheats. I paid Rs.1199 for 6 cupcakes... And the ones delivered was no where close to what the pic looked.. Totally horrible experience. I feel embarrassed for sending this on my sisters anniversary. Never again I am ordering with them. Absolutely disgusting experience.

Pathetic service. Had ordered another bouquet and they sent something else. Its nowhere close to the image they shared on their website. Absolute cheats. Thankfully they delivered and not ate the money. Never ever order anything on this website!!

Horrible experience they don't even deserve one star I had ordered an almond strawberry cake der Wer no traces of single almond but a plain vanilla n charge 900 rs it's hardly worth for 100 bucks no way u can be successful think this as my curse , they are making my money by cheating others since it's online I would not recommend this.

They don't even deserve this single star fraud and cheaters, ordered chocolate cage cake for 945 bucks and they sent me a plain chocolate cake worth hardly 150 bucks. No returns no refunds. Payment is via card and I am pretty sure they are gonna misuse the information.

I had ordered a cake for my mother yesterday.
Fortunately it was delivered the same say.But the cake wasnt the one i had paid for.
