"They looks like cheaters"

I ordered and paid the order on March, 25. On March, 28 they sent me e-mail that there is no item from the order and offered me to replace with the item of another color. I confirmed replacement by sending e-mail to them the same day (on March, 28).
On March, 31 I tried to call them to the phone number from their web site but the person, who replied me said that it was not Quickland store phone number. Tried to send them e-mail to their service e-mail and via the form on the web site. No answer, no changes in order status, no returning money.
Don't order from them because you could be cheated
I ordered from another country with delivery inside Netherlands. Also due to this it is difficult to communicate with them
Update: only on April, 6 they send me email that they are going to send me item. And the item was delivered only on April, 12.
On April 5 I ordered the same item in another store and it was delivered in 3 days without any delays. Now there are 2 equal items.
It was enough to communicate and to explain that it could be delayed. I waited for another week.
So as result process between ordering and delivering is 19 days without communication with wrong contact information on their web site.

"Verkeerde maat besteld "

Verkeerde maat besteld, contact gezocht maar geen contact kunnen krijgen,

EDIT,

Store heeft direct contact gezocht maar helaas is dit naar de spam folder tweemaal gegaan automatisch wat erg jammer was evenals de mega snelle levering *sarcasme, top juist*
,Tot nader inzien met een extra ring aan de binnenkant en mijn grote cruiserwielen steken ze toch een stukje uit buitenom mijn deck gelukkig dus de 144mm heb ik niet nodig 😄👍🏼

"Goede customer service."

Bij mijn bestelling was 1 item teweinig mee gestuurd. Na dat ik een mail had gestuurd over dit is er meet op gereageerd en als nog het item na gestuurd. Ik moet zeg dat na een fout die gemaakt was dit heel netjes en snel werd opgelost. Ik noem dit goede customer service.

"Bij geen voorraad graag direct bericht over verwachtingen."

Duurde even voordat we bericht kregen over de bestelling. Na een email hierover aan quickland kregen we bericht dat de bestelling niet voorradig was. Hierin werd ook duidelijk gemaakt wanneer we de bestelling wel konden verwachten.
De bestelling is uiteindelijk goed aangekomen.

"in alle opzichten: SLECHT !"

na ruim 2 weken : 1/3 van mijn bestelling ontvangen !
Na meerdere malen gemaild te hebben: geen reactie gekregen, 2 items dus nog steeds niet ontvangen, ook geen retour betaling, en zoals gezegd: ze ignoren mijn verzoeken om terugbetaling, kortom: geen reactie, geen retour, geen volledige bestelling ontvangen !
Zeer slechte klantenservice, en het gedeelte dat wel geleverd is, deed daar ook ruim 1week over.
Heel ontevreden en zal hier NOOIT meer iets bestellen.

Ordered triple eight protection set. Several days later customer service contacted me and informed that they do not have one and offered to replace it with tsg set asking if it is ok. I checked the size of tsg wrists protection and agreed as it was the same. What I did not know and what customer service did not mention to me is that the size for knees and elbows pads are not “one size” as in triple eight protection set. How was I supposed to guess that I was offered a non-equivalent replacement? As I am a beginner and it is my first set I did not even know that sizes for knee pads and elbow pads may vary.
The reply I got from the customer service when I informed them that knee pads do not fit me appeared to be pretty passive aggressive. I asked “can you please either change to the set I ordered initially or send me at least knee pads of suitable size?” And got this: “As you ordered a size S set, normaly any size S set will fit. But of course all bodies are not the same. Could be that you actualy need a size M kneepads, but a size S wristguard. When you agreed with the TSG set, didn’t you check the product if it will fit you?”. I was unpleasantly surprised with this respond and was not even able to reply straight away as such situations trigger my social anxiety.
So know I have to pay for the return myself(as their returns are not free) and order a new set in another place where I should pay for the delivery again. Or I have to buy knee pads separately.
The basic(not expensive) set which I wanted to order(triple 8) initially will cost me as not budget tsg set or if I order knee pads separately I eventually will pay more as well. It is minimum 14 euro extra.

Why do I have to pay for the mistakes made by employees of this shop? Who will compensate financial loss? Why do I have to read passive aggressive message from them implying that the problem is completely my fault?
