Group of con man, who will not spare you, even their allegedly company adress is a hotel in Manchester (Revolution Liverpool, St Peters Square, Liverpool L1 4DQ) and there is no company registration either.

After clicking on Website Divine's website, I was met by a very forceful sales person via an instant messenger. The prices seemed very good but after checking the reviews, they all seemed fake, their website has a fake portfolio because I couldn't find a single genuine example of their work and a fake office address was listed. I can see they aren't a real company and this is a total scam. Please be aware.

Website Divine is a scam. After deciding against using their services but having paid the previous day, I attempted to contact them to request a refund. Going through their website, I noticed their address is actually fake and goes to nowhere. Searching through their reviews as well, all looking very suspiciously similar to each other. Logging on to a different device, I was able to speak to somebody and told them I already have an order that hasn't even started yet and I'd like to cancel. According to their "Terms and Conditions", I'm within my right to request a full refund, as not even 24 hours had passed and not a single service/deliverable had been provided. I got put through to their "concern" team who said "give me an hour to sort this out". To me surprise I actually got a call back, but not to my surprise he said I wouldn't be getting a refund. I had already been in contact with the bank and National Trading Standards by this point. I told the "concern team" that a merchant dispute has been raised and a chargeback claim is in process. He then got very angry with me and said "you've broken the law!" DO NOT GO NEAR THIS COMPANY.

"Logo creation"

We contacted Websitedivine as we were looking for someone who could build up our logo fast and within budget. They did both. After a rough start, Madison came to the rescue and finished our logo as well as all the golden package we had gotten for our business. We appreciate her time, effort and dedication, for sure!

"Not happy with this company"

Not happy with this company. When it came to making my website live I was told that if I wanted them to connect my domain I needed to pay another £350. I had already paid £650 for the site, another £475 for GDPR and another £350 to make it liquid responsive. These were all costs I wasn’t aware I had to pay until the project began. So felt like hidden costs. So because of these extra charges I asked specifically would there be any more extra costs for this project, and I was told no but just as the site was going to go live they requested more money from me if I wanted them to connect my domain. I don’t understand, and it doesn’t make sense. I then asked them for the Instructions to connect my domain, to be sent by email and this was the reply I got

‘Well,
You can google about the instructions that how you can connect your website domain to Shopify.’

In my opinion that is so unhelpful and extremely unprofessional so I decided to stop using the company and went to a new developer which I have now wasted a lot of money and no refund is being given. Telling a paying customer to Google instructions to finish setting site up is not acceptable when they are not website developers. The project also took way longer than anticipated and I noticed some mistakes on the products pages ie some of the variations are missing and some are too long. Over all I won’t be using this company ever again.

Edit- your response does not make any sense, is unprofessionally sarcastic and you haven’t resolved my issue at all. I also did not ask for any add-ons!! I didn’t ask to ‘modify’ my website. You called me several times telling me I need to pay for GDPR and then to make it liquid responsive.
Looking at the rest of your reviews, you are clearly letting many of your customers down, not just me!
At the time of me complaining I asked for a partial refund to which you refused to do.
