"Hayden and his team fitted a Home EV…Poor aftersales service!"

Hayden and his team fitted a Home EV charger in March 2022. They made a mistake in ordering the wrong unit, but fitted a Rolec in place of the Ohme. Unfortunately after nearly 4 months it started to trip out and now works occasionally! We tried on numerous occasions to ask Hayden to come out and resolve the issue but for the past three months has avoided our calls and texts. Poor after sales service from Phase. Very disappointed as we now have to pay someone else to come and fix the issues.

Faultless experience with Phase Electrical (PE) for my EV installation from first inquiry to installation and even post installation customer service. PE answered all of my numerous questions and made recommendations based on my requirements. All arrangements with the power suppliers etc was handled by PE, as was the Government Grant. It could not have been easier for me. Mine was not the easiest installation, but everything was handled seamlessly and without any fuss. They offered a quick installation date and it was done in time, in terrible freezing conditions on the day, by two lads who worked tirelessly all day. All the functionality of my Hypervolt charger was explained to me before they left and it has all worked perfectly ever since. I had a few questions after the work, but responses were always prompt and helpful. I really recommend PE very highly for your EV charger installation.
