"Extremely Disappointed with Prograd Experience"

I just wanted to share my frustration with my recent experience on Prograd. I was really enjoying using the platform and felt like I was making good money by completing tasks. But then, things started going wrong.

First, the system stopped confirming the tasks I completed, so I wasn’t getting paid. When I reached out for help, I was offered 1,000 points (£10) as a gesture, but that’s way less than what I should have earned.

Then, I was marked as skipping the Preply task, which I didn't do. I was told it couldn’t be fixed, even though it wasn’t my mistake. That cost me 5,000 points (£5).

Now, I’m trying to withdraw my money but found out it has to be in multiples of 500 points. So, I withdraw a bit but I have 4,800 points (£4.80) that are stuck, and I can’t withdraw them because tasks aren’t being approved and I can’t do the Preply task I wanted to complete.

This whole situation is really frustrating. I hope you can help fix these issues because I liked using Prograd and want to keep using it.

Prograd is really just the best the thing that has happened to me it really helped out with making a bit of money on the side I’ve made £50 witching the 6 days I’ve been using it I love this site and it’s 100% my favourite it’s very simple and easy to use and u always get a bunch of free stuff when u sign up to things I will definitely be using this all the time
