"STAY AWAY IF YOU NEED SOMETHING URGENTLY"

I ordered an urgent translation of one page from English to Greek. I even called them. They said they'd sent me a quote within the next half hour. It took a few hours, but I got a quote, including "estimated date".
I paid online right away. Soon I got an email with the order number and then another one that "a translator starts working on your job". The job was 160 words.
It was Friday afternoon and I was supposed to receive the translation on Monday (without specifying time).
On Monday, seeing that nothing is happening I started sending messages and emails in the afternoon (could not reach them by phone, apparently there's no one there after 3pm).
Eventually someone called me to say that I could get a refund because a Lawyer was not available, on a bank holiday, to validate the translation (this Monday was a bank holiday in Greece). When I asked what happened with the "estimated date", he said that was a "probable date". Since they were certified translators I decided to get the translation without a Lawyer's validation (for which I've paid) hoping it would be enough for where I needed it, so I asked them to send it to me.
The guy on the phone said it would be translated tomorrow !!!!
Yes, the translation of 160 words that a translator had started working on, two days before. It took me TEN MINUTES to do the translation myself.
Now I have to find a Lawyer to validate it ...

I used Speakt service for translation of a document. The document was translated in a very much thorough and professional manner. We even used the live feedback for any concerns prior to the finalized translated document. However, I, in later stage found out about translation services with way lower prices (less than 2/3 of the Speakt prices). I would most possibly choose again Speakt due to the high quality of service and I would certainly choose it again if they were to low the prices according to competitive market's prices.

It was the worst translation service i ever had. Not only the translation was an unreviewed copy from Google Translate, full of errors, but they tried to sell this as an "Expert" translation. This was the most frustrating part of their service.
