"Highly recommend HomeCert"

I found HomeCert on a Google search and chose this company on the strength of their excellent reviews. They came quickly to our rental property in Balham to provide an estimate and the works were booked in to start as soon as our tenants left at the end of their tenancy. HomeCert upgraded our consumer unit, replaced all the downlights for fire rated LED lamps, installed a traditional hanging porch light with sensor by our front door, carried out the EICR and PAT tested 8 items. Work was carried by Aidan who was excellent. Jane in the office is very efficient and I highly recommend HomeCert. I will not hesitate to use HomeCert again as and when I need any further works or repairs carried out at our London house.

The electrician was very knowledgable and helped identify what needed doing very quickly. I fancied myself as a pretty competent DIYer but when it comes to wiring in this case, I just couldn't figure it out. A quick look at the switch later, problem identified and soon smart devices and pendant light installed with TV cables chased behind the wall. Everything was checked in working order. Plus I learnt a few new tricks. Great job all round.
