Driver was courteous and helpful, providing water for the trip and vehicle was smart and in great condition.

You just insert the airport where you arrive or depart from, the address, date, time etc.
The taxi is booked. When you leave the airport you already have a taxi driver who is ready to pick you up to whatever place you specified.
Dunno, but it's very convenient for me. I can cancel the trip 24 hours before the voyage and it's completely free of any charge.
