"Very bad experience "

I purchased a broke defective watch from timetotrust and didn’t realize it was broken which is my fault, I should have read the description. I have a month to return but they won’t send me a return label. I purchased as a guest on eBay and every time I try to do a return it says oops something went wrong. I also see the same broken watch they sold me still up for sale. I think that’s really weird.
