"We switched from an online agent…"

We switched from an online agent to Land Estates. Their service was much better, they were always available and helpful.

Their progressor really knows her stuff and was on the solicitors and buyers' case to speed up the process as she knew we were on a tight schedule.

The only negative point would be that although we were told there would be no commission (it would be billed as a fee for the buyer), we ended up paying commision from our sale price. This should have been clearer from the start. Despite this, we would recommend Land Estates.
