"When enquiring about air source heat…"

When enquiring about air source heat pumps I was informed they didn’t do installations on terraced properties. Surely this makes them useless for the vast majority of properties and installations.
Don’t bother if you are living in a terraced house.

"We had a heat pump fitted"

We had a heat pump fitted. It took about a week, but the installation team were fantastic - punctual, polite and respectful. Nothing was too much trouble. The system was explained clearly and it has worked brilliantly well over the last month, since it was fitted. The temperature in the house is nice and steady and the heat pump itself, nice and quiet. I would heartily recommend using Evergreen Energy.

We have just had our 5.5kW Solar and 15kW battery storage system installed by Evergreen and once again everything from start to finish has been excellent. The full system looks great and will help us make the most of our solar and off-peak energy tariff; and help to even further reduce the running costs of our heat pump - which has performed brilliantly so far.

Pleased with the installation of 10 solar panels and a battery. The installation crew were clean, tidy and helpful, and took time to try and sort some IT issues. Additional, patient support from the office resolved the problem. There were some delays in the installation and communication might have been a bit better regarding these, but overall I am very happy.
