Finally a great response, apparently phone lines down, replacement product sent out (Even though Royal Mail have lost it in transit) and a 25% discount of my next order. Well done Crimson :-)

Product arrived speedily and packaged appropriately, unfortunately the product was faulty and i have returned in the free post envelop. I have rung, and left messages with customer services (More than Once), no answer always voicemail. I have emailed and had no reply.... (more than once)

I hope the faulty product is replaced, I just wish someone from customer services would actually make contact with me as this was a present and I'm keen to replace asap...
