Excellent job done by Jake and his team. We had a chimney breast removed and other work completed. Very professional and courteous and friendly. The work was to a very high standard and we couldn’t fault anything. Great attention to detail. They were always on time and kept us informed. I would highly recommend.

Jake and Gary were both fab. They’ve done a few jobs for me the biggest was the downstairs chimney breast removal which they organised everything for so I didn’t have to do a thing. They take pride in their work and offer advice and solutions to problems. From having an initial meeting about a chimney breast I’ve had them fix a ceiling sort out damp plaster and modernise my front room. Highly recommend!

"Another fantastic experience"

We have just had a great start to finish experience with Jake and Garry from JOAT. They carried out some building work on our garage creating a new opening, installing new angle iron along with some ground works creating new draining to the drive. Great communication from the start sharing their expertise and advice. Jake visited a good few times to ensure every aspect was covered and was very accommodating with a change we had made. We had profession drawings sent along with very reasonable quotation with a date set for the work. The work was completed to a very high standard and our block paving relaid back down perfectly. I can't recommend these Guys enough. 10/10!

Just got Jake to come and sort out a couple of small jobs. Sorting out an old fireplace and broken porch floor. He was friendly, quick and professional. Also gave us advice about a few issues around the house, including how we could sort them out ourselves. Would definitely hire him again.

We used Joat property services for a double chimney breast removal and plastering and we cant be more pleased with their work. They were professional from coming out to give us the quote to the day they finished the work. They organised everything with structual engineers and building control and kept us in the loop. They sent a schedule so we would know what was happening each day and were considerate knowing we have a 10 week old baby. They were polite and friendly and covered our floors and hoovered once theyd finished. Will use again and highly recommened.

I hired JOAT Property to replace a damaged wall in our hallway and remove an old door frame. From beginning to end, Jake & Gary worked non stop and the end result was incredible. The walls have been skimmed beautifully and the hallway was left clean and tidy. Would not hesitate to use this company again.

Used JOAT services a couple of times now.
Jake filled and plastered our office walls that were damaged due to previous owners. Excellent job and was very helpful with advice on when and how to paint over where had been plastered.
Jake also plastered a small room under the stairs for our dog, what I can only imagine would have been extremely difficult given how small the space, Jake completed this in good time and to such a high standard. We were so impressed and will definitely be using this business again in the future

Jake came and plastered the living-room wall, as well as added support for me to hang a TV. Not only did a great job, made me aware of where the noggins were in the wall to make my life easier and explained how to best treat the freshly plastered wall for best decorating results. May sound obvious to some, but I didn't have a clue so it was great! Would highly recommend!
