I have received exceptional advice and support from Three Rivers in regards to getting a mortgage as a first time buyer. I have had support through calls and emails, both of which are answered quickly and very professionally. The support and advice I have received from Brian Hindson in particular had been exceptional. What can I say? Richard and Josh have been the most amazing guys to deal with from start to finish and my situation was a tedious and lengthy one!
The communication was second to none and that is very important to me. They went above and beyond to assist me and were fantastic at explaining things I didn't understand as well as offering advice in the field that they are very knowledgeable with.
I've formed a great working relationship with both Richard and Josh and I'm already back in touch with them to help me with another transaction. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

Richard was absolutely brilliant, we wasted 3 weeks with another broker firm l&c after we put an offer in on our house only to be told we couldn’t get a mortgage anywhere !
Richard reviewed our information and explained that they had actually miscalculated our affordability, so no wonder we couldn’t get a mortgage.
Richard was able to take our information and find a mortgage that met our specific needs, he worked tirelessly with the mortgage company who wanted a new document every week. I would of given up, absolutely thrilled we got our offer and Richard was brilliant at communicating with us and guiding us through the process.
