"Lane Keepng assist caused near fatal accident!!!"
DO NOT BUY a Peugeot!!! I bought a brand new 2008 GT in November 2022. The car was three months old when the Lane Positioning Assist safety feature was randomly activated at 30km per hour which caused my daughter to crash into a parked car. NOTE, this safety feature is NOT SUPPOSED TO ACTIVATE at this speed. I have been hounding Peugeot via email and numerous distressed phone calls for the car computer / technical report which was extracted by the Peugeot Technician immediately post the incident. PEUGEOT have IGNORED all requests for last three months, making excuses, yet I was informed by their Customer Service Consultant that Peugeot management have been "having a lot of meetings about this case". Peugeot have refused to provide the data, that is rightfully mine. It is data that was extracted from MY car. I bought the car to ensure my daughter's safety on the roads, but this car ALMOST KILLED MY DAUGHTER!!!! FOR THE SAFETY OF YOUR LOVED ONES, DO NOT BUT ANYTHING FROM PEUGEOT. They do not care about your safety!!! They do not even care to respond to their customers correspondences, instead THEY WITHHOLD INFORMATION THAT COULD prevent further incidents and potentially SAVE YOUR AND YOUR LOVED ONES LIVEs. I will NOT have the car repaired until I have certainty that the car is not faulty and my daughter and the community will be safe. After three months, to this day I am yet to receive the technical data from my car. An absolute DISGRACE!!!

Andrew from Alexandria Service Center in Sydney really made his best to make sure that my automobile can be serviced.
I left it very last minute to book in for Service and Andrew managed after a long conversation to do his best to book my automobile next day. It was a miracle. Andrew is very friendly and he is definitely doing his best to make sure that the customer is happy with the service. I am grateful and thankful.
We had a great chat as Andrew is very open minded and critical thinker.
