I ordered an electric piano after discussing a couple I had my eye on. All of my contact with Derosa was via telephone as I am not local. The staff were knowledgeable and very helpful. They were open about the delay in stock delivery right from the start and they kept me informed about where in the process it was. I had a really long wait but I can't fault their customer service one bit!

Excellent service from the team at Derosa music. We ordered our Yamaha piano online and was promptly informed of possible delays with imports from factory in Japan. Derosa kept us in the loop and once in the UK and on site, dispatched piano without further delay. Would highly recommend.
