TO ALL THE PEOPLE THINKING TO BUY ANY SERVICES FROM JEMPOS - PLEASE READ
Just an update about my previous review:
I left my feedback about this "company" in August 2019, the day after, my review has been REPORTED from jempos as a fake review, saying they've never dealt with me. My review has been hidden for few days.
Thankfully I could prove the REALLY BAD EXPERIENCE had with this company to trustpilot and now my review is live again. One day after I left my review, suddenly jempos feedback was raising a lot! All happy customers leaving 5 starts reviews, day after day, WHAT A COINCIDENCE! The same thing happened in google reviews.
Oh, I was forgetting one little detail. After I left the review, a day after I also received a call from jempos offering us to find a solution. That was a good idea jempos, unfortunately you DISAPPEARED AGAIN without offering us anything but just asking to remove my review. haha awful
They pretend to have multiple departments, sales team, it team, customer service team and probably is just 3/4 of them. When I had issues in the past I've been speaking with them for hours (it department), how can they have the
all day free to speak with one customer?? It was always the same person trying to fix the software bugs with me on the phone. What a loss of time and money.
This people are a joke! DON'T EVER EVER DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY! DON'T BELIEVE THE POSITIVE REVIEWS!!! DISGUSTED OF THIS GROUP OF PEOPLE. They've made us loosing a customer and more than the double value of their system. AVOID!!!!

jempos has reported again this review, saying it's fake. I'm dealing with trustpilot to put back my review online. Ridiculous.

I was quite doubtful when JemPOS was offering me less price than from other companies. I had a feeling there would be something i had to compensate. But i am very happy that it turned out to be perfect for my business. I am also glad they offer petty cash. Great support too!

This was a perfect choice of POS system for me. The system is user friendly, understandable and easy to use. The sales team gave all the information I needed and since then the customer support I’ve received when needed has been great, the team are very helpful.

The POS system in intuitive and has all features that you would need in a till system such a tip amount, saving orders for later payment, choosing quantities and emailing receipts. Everything we needed from a POS!

I have been using JemPos for 1 year now. I have been impressed with the software and support given to us by the team. They are always available and are always happy to listen to problems and help find a solution. Even if it means generating something custom just for us. The system has been supporting my Public House very well and their new Take Away features with online ordering facility look exciting and I am looking forward using this myself.
Steve has always been professional and fast in his response to help us out when needed. JemPos and the team are a friendly team to work with and looking forward to working with them as my business moves forward

I had few options when deciding for a Point of sale system for my new business but i must say i do not regret going with JeM Point of sale.
I normally do not write comments online. I am too busy for this. I thought of doing it today because of rapid growth of my business and JeM POS system equally helping me achieve the smooth flow of my business. The post code finder and petty cash were most helpful.
I purchased web ordering recently from Jem POS too, though they took a week more than what they committed but the services has made my business even better. I thought i should share my opinion to give my good wishes to the company and for the help they have provided.

"Awful, do not deal with them"
Just to follow on from my previous review, we are still waiting for the split bill functionality. We went with Jem Pos mid August 2018 and were told it'd be 2 weeks. We were then told it'd be mid October. After my review and numerous calls to jem pos we were told the programme will be live by 15 November. Guess what, they phoned us the night before on 14th to check what it is we were asking for! What a joke! The company is a con and we are disgusted with their constant lies.
