Put my resin bonded drive down in Dec 2021, it started lifting January 2023, they came and cut out a piece 2M x 500mm in May 2023, I’m still waiting for them to repair the hole.

Terrible service poor Mum left flooded twice due to mistakes made by the roofer, first she was flooded due to old tarp with holes in then again Christmas day she was trying to catch the water flooding in for a second time where roofer left no lead on the chimney or tarp. The rubber bubble roof they fitted is just beyond poor workmanship, nail heads poking up bubbled and unstuck rubber clearly not a good job, then the pond left where no fall at all was left as seems they lied and didn't renew the wood or boards, where the lead should be has rubber instead of lead and the rubber is upside down fitted the wrong way around. To top it off where the ceilings came down they then chipped mirror wardrobe and of course carpets ruined which they offered to clean. Not good enough they need to redo the job from scratch clearly they thought they could pull a fast one due to OAP.

Good customer service, great staff all knowledgeable and friendly. Good quality product. Would recommend highly. However, as the installation of a driveway is weather dependent patience is a virtue.
