Inspected, test drive, signed, paid and off I was with the key to my new S4 by 8:30pm.

If I were able to give them zero Stars I would, my experience with Pierre was exactly what many of my friends warned me that it would be, they advertise one thing on TV about financing your future and not your past just to get you in to speak with them only to find out that your past credit history means you have to have a cosigner who has good credit so in other words they're saying of financing your future and not your past it's completely garbage and it's just a sales gimmick to get you in the door so they can make you believe that you will be able to get a vehicle only to run your credit ultimately dropping at several points and getting nowhere I'm still not having a new car also I believe the man's name was Muhammad in special Finance completely deceived me on the price of a truck as I asked for a printout quote of some kind when he gave me but it did not include my trade in which does me absolutely no good, how can he offer a monthly payment of $450 month and he hasn't factored in the negative $3k in equity on my trade in, thats basic math he must have thought i was not smart at all Muhammed in special finance was absolutely misleading and i think he knows it, the final paperwork would have undoubtedly not been the same, so I don't want to call them Liars but that's what they are

I came to you guys last month for a newer/bigger vehicle. I had planned to trade my car in. I did get a newer/bigger vehicle, but upon looking at what was on my credit, Mohammed had seen I had another car loan. That was on the vehicle I was planning on trading in. I explained to him that I wanted to trade my vehicle in and he said no one had told him that. I told him that no one had asked me. I didnāt get to trade my car in because I was told that you guys donāt take cars with the miles that were on my old one and Iām stuck having to call the bank for that car loan and tell them to come get it.
Iām glad I got a bigger vehicle but not happy that I didnāt get to trade my car in as part of the deal.

"I recently bought a 2017 Nissan Altima"
I recently bought a 2017 Nissan Altima from Mohammed. At first everything seemed great, but after being there a couple hours they realized they couldnāt get the rates I was hoping for. When I decided that I wanted to come back later when I have better credit and could get a better rate I was pressured into looking at vehicles at their other lots. I was driven around to the other lot which was now closed, by this time it had been almost 4 hours and was dark outside, I decided that I just wasnāt feeling it and was driven back to the first lot. When we got back, the salesperson talked with me in the parked car about how my payments would only be high for four months and then they would go down by almost half. I asked if I could have it in writing, but he talked his way around it and said I just have to refinance my auto loan when the see I can make payments. I should of done my research at that point but I was tired and wanted to go home and I did really like the car, so I caved in and said go ahead and do it. The next morning when I went to switch over my insurance I found out my insurance would go from 160 a month to 420 a month, which just isnāt doable with my income on top of the car payment. I asked if I could return the car but was told everything is final because I bought it on the last day of the month and now it was the first of the following month but they can offer me insurance for 210 a month. Again I should have done my research but come to find out itās only good for 6 months and then Iām on my own again. I have also been researching refinancing a vehicle after four payments and it does not seem as easy as they made it out to be, also you will probably end up paying more and itās bad for your credit. So a lot of what happened to me was due to just not having the knowledge and they took every advantage they could of that. Just make sure if you have any bad feelings about something donāt let them change what you feel because all they are looking for is a sale. Donāt make the same mistakes I did. Now I am stuck and yes I signed the paperwork, but they knew what they were doing the entire time.
