I called Woodside Locksmiths regarding my door lock not opening from the inside. Albert understood what had caused this problem and told me over the phone what had to be done to fix the problem myself. Hexwas exceptionally honest and I am so grateful for his integrity, knowledge and professionalism which has saved me an enormous expense. Fabulous service from Albert at Woodside Locksmiths today having managed to get ourselves locked out. Despite not officially being on duty he took pity on us and was there within half an hour and we were back inside within 5 minutes! So grateful for his kindness and expertise. Thank you Albert!

Do not use this company!!

They took payment for new keys, sent me faulty keys which don't work. I emailed them and they said an engineer would come out with a replacement set. They wanted to discuss by phone, I said I would rather keep communication in writing. They cancelled the visit, refused to rectify the faulty product issue, refused to refund and expected me to incur the expenses of returning the keys. They are childish, spiteful and unprofessional. Don't use this company, totally unprofessional.
