Blake and Francis are my agents they were very helpful in getting me debt free. It started as I seen an ad online that I would be approved for a loan. It turned out I was not eligible for a loan but they were able to help me consolidate all my debts into a smaller monthly payment they even got the credit companies to settle for less than I owed. They rescued me when I was drowning in debt! I thought I was doing the right thing paying off my cards every month on their due date but the interest kept compounding and I could no longer even afford rent much less food on the table; if I wanted to start being able to make effective payments on these debts. They even offered to help me with a loan once I become eligible. The goal is 2 years vs the 5+years I would have been in debt! Thank ya’ll so much for what ya’ll do!

I have not received no follow up on emails that I have sent with negotiations coming my way that I have emailed your company. Someone called me not long ago trying to get my experience with your company and I told her that it was not good that I’ve been waiting for someone to get back with me left messages and I don’t understand why it’s so hard to reach anyone with your company

I passed frustration, despair and confusion to anger. From the beginning I was under the impression that everything was under control and that ALL of my accounts had been included in my set up of this account. It wasn’t until I received a summons that I found out that one of my accounts was not even in the program…so I hear then…it’s possible I might not be covered under the legal plan because of YOUR mistake…uh no. I was also told that account never showed up on my credit report? I had my own credit report run and ALL of my accounts showed up. Why pay $60 a month for legal fees “in case “ something happens and then you are screwed. BESIDES all of that you can NEVER speak to the same person so you don’t have to explain things a 1,000 times…I thought there was an account manager.
