Sent 2 pairs of shoes back never got a refund and they said I did then they had the audacity to say one box just had one shoe which is totally ridiculous why would I send one shoe I’m not stupid so I’ve lost out on that money no merchandise and no refund lesson learned

Received my uggs but after wearing once the stitching came undone .. cannot get in touch with anyone the email doesn’t exist and nobody to contact . Now left with uggs (?? ) that I can’t wear and cost £155 !
