"Amazing food"

Stayed here for 5 nights. Honestly, the food was next-level good, and the hosts were so friendly. The chalet itself was warm and cosy. Would 100% recommend!

Had a nice week here with the family. Chalet was clean and comfy, food was tasty, and the staff were helpful. The only downside was that there was an issue with the shower pressure one morning, but they fixed it very quickly. Great location too—close to the slopes.

"Dietary requirements not catered for"

I have to come in with a 1* review because it’s so disappointing to receive a surcharge of £50 for vegan food. I eat vegetables .. not sirloin steak.

UPDATE: After reviewing ski vertigo’s response, I am still disappointed. You do not need to purchase substitutes .. I am certain that beans, nuts, seeds, vegetables and grains are readily available in the alps. Total cop-out.

I don’t usually write reviews, but I felt compelled to share our wonderful experience with ski vertigo. The staff here truly care about their guests, and it shows in every little detail. From the warm welcome to the fantastic meals, everything was perfect. The chalet was cosy and had such an extra special feel – it was like staying in a private lodge with all the comforts of home. The staff even helped me gain more confidence on the slopes, which was a huge plus. Can’t recommend this place enough!
