Kishan helped us with a very complex Stamp Duty query. Prior to approaching Cornerstone, I had enlisted the services of another Tax Consultant, who claimed to be an expert in Stamp Duty matters but gave up midway and said that I had no choice but to pay the higher Stamp Duty as imposed by HMRC.

Kishan took over my case with the support of Patrick and they both supported me to prepare my case and took it to tribunal and not only did I not have to pay the higher rate Stamp Duty (which would have costed me another £50K excluding interest) - Kishan also managed to secure a refund of almost £30K for me!!!
