Senius are excellent in my experience. The back office support is really good - most Care agencies are very poor at supporting their Carers. The Carer looking after my father has been really good - very nice, really hardworking and very upbeat & positive. You want Carera who are reliable and empathetic, but it’s really good when they have a “can do” attitude and sunny disposition. Thank you, Senius!

Senius refused to refund the money owed after my father passed away. If they do so I will change the review appropriately. The refund is due for a service not provided and Senius have not provided proof of breach of contract.

I’m really enjoying, and Eva is really helpful, supportive, and patient.
Even I see she looks after the clients and careers, too and makes an effort to make them happy on both sides.

The Senius team have been very proactive in making sure my mother has a live in carer. We have 2 excellent carers who alternate the care. They are both friendly, kind and cook and provide personal care and mobility and dressing help and companionship.
