Mehr hat das Unternehmen aber nicht verdient.

Trotz Stornierung und mehrfachen Hinweis, dass ich von meinen Kauf zurück treten, habe ich heute nach 10 Tagen die Ware erhalten.

Nun muss ich als Kundin zusehen, dass die Ware zurück geschickt wird, was natürlich auch gerade in der Vorweihnachtszeit als Vollzeit beschäftigte eine Herausforderung ist.

Für mich war ein eindeutig die letzte Bestellung über GymBeam.

Uwaga! Firma nie przestrzegająca praw konsumenta i przepisów! Zamówiłam piekny zestaw agile sage, ale spodnie przyszły uszkodzone z plamkami, napisałam maila do obsługi z prośbą o wymiane niepełnowartościowego produktu z zamówienia (tzw. rękojmia) jakie jest moje zdziwenie, że słyszę iż mimo uszkodzonego produktu produkt nie ulega wymianie! Mogę go jedynie zwrócić i zakupić ponownie. Wchodzę na stronę, chce je zakupić, a tam cena spodni jest już 100% (50 zł) wyższa, jak odp dostaje od gymbeam? Że dadzą mi 20 zł rabatu... :) sprzedawca nie ma prawa odmówić wymiany produktu zwlaszcza jesli wysłal wadliwy a produkt znajduje się na stanid. Zmuszanie mnie do ponownego zakupu tego samego produktu w nowej wyższej cenie jest łamaniem praw konsumenta dot. Rękojmi wynikającej z kodeksu cywilnego art. 556-576. Nie dajcie zarabiać takim firmom!

I have placed this order on gymbeam.ro 19.10 - order nr. 4006226630 and 11% reduction code that you send it to my mail QH8I8VGTAT failed to work due to browser or something , as a result I contacted gymbeam.ro at the same day asking them to apply the discount. They replied on week-end to replace the order. As It was weekend I had family time and didnt read the email so the code expired on monday. I asked them to give another code and a very rude support team called Constantina denied to solve the issue. Very respectful company, rgiht ?
