I didn't want to write this review, because I still like your backpack. The thing is that the very next day one backstrap ripped, a few days later - velcro from the pockets came off as well as label on the pocket. It's just very sad and disappointing. Like I bought it in Chinise shop and not for 120 euros. Please do something with it. I really don't want anyone experience what I had.

Purchased the product on 23-09-2024.
It was shipped at 25-09-2024 so two days later.
Then the product has been shipped from DK to SEE then back to DK then shipped to my country.
I needed the items as a birthday gift tomorrow. Now it will arrive way to late.
I tried to contact customer service 3 times, by phone but nobody answered.
Overall, a very sad experience...

I love my James AY sunglasses. I recently lost a pair and they didn’t stock them on their website anymore. The awesome owner had a look and found a pair in their warehouse and I got to get my favourite pair back.

"The refund process was not good"
The refund process was strange. I informed them via the email and asked for confirmation multiple times. No answer. I sent the item back and got my refund. The communication was bad. No idea why they dont respond.
