"Firearm inspectors close Drapers …"

I double checked the shops opening hours before I set off on my journey therefore was somewhat annoyed to find the shutters down .
A staff member came to the door and said the firearms inspectors had closed the shop.. Please ring the shop before you drive to save a wasted journey .
Drapers ..please update your website accordingly.

I purchased some .22 cleaning brushes from their eBay shop. I never received the brushes & no answer from them when I queried the order.
Maybe a genuine mistake but no need for a total lack of customer service.
I have now received a full refund so have updated this feedback..

Took my gun into be serviced after 3 months of lies fetched it back today to be told its in peices what a absolute waste of time wouldn't recommend to anyone . Absolutely disgusted

Called in today as I was having a major issue trying to zero the scope on a 2nd hand air rifle I'd purchased from a friend , they identified the issue straight away in which the scope had failed internally due to being dropped , after advising me and showing me the budget friendly scopes (advised me I'd benefit better due to how little usage it would have) with no pressure at all to buy one i might add! I decided to go for the Wulf Fireball , the scope was fitted for me and zeroed in whilst I waited, Very professional and polite service from the moment i entered the shop to the moment I left, staff are an absolute credit to the shop and the reason it's worth travelling to, my local gun shops don't even come close to Drapers! Thanks again !!

I left an air arms and a daystate rifle with them, both had major air leaks as I had neglected them and not used them for over 5 years.
The rifles were in good hands, both now serviced and repaired. 10 out of 10. Great service.
