Part of my order had gone missing in the post and Charlotte was so helpful and sent the missing items out the next day. Absolutely gorgeous wax melts could not recommended this business enough can not wait to order again! :)

Absolutely brilliant I've had a few fully loaded melts from Charlotte and they are always amazing. As soon as u open the box there's a fantastic smell. You only need a tiny piece in Ur burner at a time and it will fill the room beautifully. I've never had a negative exp with this company though I am sure if I did it would b worked out right away, as she will do everything she can to help. I will definitely be switching to just using hers in the future. I hope she brings out more scents in future . The products she has really go above and beyond
