"Taking my money elsewhere"

I’ve given this app 4 months of consistent usage and have found that I’m getting more and more disappointed with it. I’ve spelled out all the ways they can improve on previous comments and given them the benefit of the doubt time and time again, but it’s gotten to the point where it’s clear they don’t actually care about the issues. They’re 100% focused on growth and nothing else.

They say an ACH withdraw can take 3-5 business days. I’ve been waiting for my ACH withdraws (multiples of 5k) of $30,000 to clear for 15 days!! That’s over two full weeks that had 10 business days in them! My crypto withdraw has had over 48 hours (which it says can take up to 48). They told me it’s because I made multiple withdraws for the same amount on the same day. Funny, they didn’t have any issues with that when I did the exact same thing depositing $40,000 into the account. Interesting, isn’t it? So unless you’re good with not having access to YOUR money when you want it, stay clear!!

Another reason to stay away. My total balance has bounced all over the place on NUMEROUS occasions with no interaction in my part. And no, it’s not investments or secondary market orders starting/ending. The first time it happened it showed I had $300 more in the account that I should’ve had. Then it went to $100 over and then $300 short. After I finally got a hold of someone, they told me it was a glitch and that I shouldn’t worry about it. Luckily it went back to the correct balance. Then a couple weeks later my balance was showing I was short, back to normal a little later, than it showed ZERO for a whole 12 hours!! I went from over $80,000 in there and it showed NOTHING!!!! Luckily it came back the next day, but how can you trust this company if they can’t even get the balances correct? I wish those were the only times it happened, but is happened time and time again.

If you’re still reading this then you may as well hear about the last reason. The app layout is TERRIBLE, non-intuitive, glitches out with the things that should be automated, has conflicting information throughout, and is completely obvious that they did the minimal work necessary to get it running and then went with it.

I’m sure I’ll get some apologetic response to this comment and assurance that my money will clear, but it’s too late. I’m done and pulling everything out as quickly as I can.

What I really want to do is find some software/app developers and do this exact thing but better. Really wouldn’t be that hard to beat them at their own game. I’m hoping this may motivate them to step up their game but clearly they haven’t listened to any of the previous comments made by me and others.. Shame...

"Good investment, but..."

Good investment. High interest with low risk. The only thing keeping me from leaving a 5 star rating is I had a conversation with customer service that still leaves me a little leery that this may be a little shady. Hopefully they improve in the future

"Withdrawal Problems"

They are having problems causing extended delays for customers that want to withdraw fiat. The delay definitely erupts customer's confidence in the institution. I will be worried with any institution that can't fulfill a fiat withdrawal request. I just got an email saying MyConstant has settled with Prime Trust. I hope I can see my money one day.

I like how they give you a loaned deposit to start you out. And the cash deposit are fast but one thing is when depositing crypto its slow and wont register in acct for days. But besides that flaw the intrest rates are great and i like the opportunity to do loans for profit.
