We purchased 2 black hills gold silver rings, after our family vacation to the black hills for my daughter. Both rings look beautiful and came quickly.

Never answered phone so took advantage of email and chat, receiving repeated replies of manufacturing delays. Apparently rep. wasn't knowledgeable in shipping methods or tracking, claiming it shipped regular mail but was actually shipped fedex. Eventually, company claimed a wrong address delivery issue, recovery, and redelivery. Still unsure which response was based on fact, in any event product was eventually received as described.
