I ordered groceries, expecting a convenient and timely delivery. Unfortunately, the experience was far from satisfactory. The app promised delivery within 1-2 hours, but my order arrived after nearly 4 hours, which is unacceptable. To make matters worse, several items were missing, and no prior communication was made regarding their unavailability. When I tried to contact customer service, I was met with unhelpful responses and no resolution. This level of service is disappointing........
