After applying online for PCP. Giving the all the correct details as required. Having been in touch with them for 3 days straight. Phone calls, text, emails all the time being told everything was fine. Then at the last minute saying they couldn't do the PCP only a HP. Then telling me that the rate I had beed giving was actually allowed for the vehicle I wanted. Completely wasted my time and just infuriating as they had all the time to gather the information together and piece it all together I mean I done half the work for them. They just needed to approve it. But failed to do that. Confirming my reasons to never use a 3rd party finance company or to really never go down the finance route.
