Go to a visa proces is really hard. There is so much information on the internet. And you need a visa specially for your own conditions. When I found national visas, I was so releaved. I had 1 contact person, Ivanna, and she helped me each step of the way. If I had a question or needed help, she gave me an answer within a day. So quick!! And if I was stressed about everything, she was a human and gave me a good feeling again. Especially in the covid times when everything is already difficult.
