Excelent communication, keeping the customer informed of every step of the process, that lasted only 13 days.
Price was fantastic and the watch arrived as promised - brand new, full set, warranty card with serial number, very well packed.
Highly recomended!

"Avoid"

Avoid. When I received the watch everything looked fine on the face of it. It wasn’t until a couple of days later I removed the plastic cover on the back and noticed that there where some small scratches on the back of the case. Then I discovered that on the underside of the lugs there where some terrible scratches like an ape had tried to install the strap. I sent pictures of this but they said the watch was in perfect condition when they compared it to the pictures they said they took before shipping it out during their “quality control”. I requested to see those pictures because I know the watch wasn’t in good condition when they shipped it because I just took it out of the box. But they just stopped replying my emails. I know that scratches will occur and is unavoidable but it is not normal on a brand new watch. In my experience the costumer service is good at first, but once the watch is paid for and shipped it is non existing.
