"Great location, large flat, not well cleaned"

Our stay was a bit of a mixed experience. The flat is in an excellent location, it's spacious and modern. However, cleanliness left much to be desired: there were dustballs and remnants from previous guests under the furniture (and with a toddler in the house, you do look under furniture!), the fridge and freezer were covered in ice to the point where the freezer was unusable, there were spiderwebs with resident spiders in most corners, and the blankets on the sofa were better left in place to cover all the spots.

Communication with the agent was good and he was very friendly and helpful (and apologised for the problems), but the owner of the flat wasn't quite as helpful: we'd asked for and been promised a child cot, but did not find it upon arrival. It was left outside the house door the next afternoon, but was missing its mattress.
