Great customer service. Called me right back after I sent an email inquiring on spa tables. I do not need the tables until June so they are shipping them later. They are in stock and I can get them in less than a week.

My experience with mediluxe has been so very pleasant and stress free!! Jeff went above and beyond to assist in holding my delivery and planned perfect timing on a delivery from California to Florida. The exam chair I purchased exceeded all picture expectation.
This type of quality is the Chanel exam beds. It completely sets a glamorous tone in my private practice. Would highly recommend this company you would not be disappointed. Can’t wait for my next purchase to arrive

I ordered a chair from Gifted Touch, after spending hours on end researching my options. I spoke with Jeff by phone and explained the minutiae of the various options available. I needed a comfortable, adjustable chair with ankle stirrups and ended up choosing one that I thought would meet my needs. I was updated regarding delivery every step of the way. I opted for curbside delivery to save on costs, but it was not too difficult to move into the spa using a furniture dolly, like Jeff had suggested. Everything was delivered intact and in good working condition. This chair is just what I needed, adjusting height or client position using the foot pedals is really easy and this has really made a difference to my injection procedures!
