I was expertly guided though an in-store Hypnos bed selection from an impressive range, by a knowledgeable and cordial salesman. I was very pleased that Annetts met my request and arranged for the collection and recycling of my old bed and mattress, to avoid it ending up in a landfill site. I was delighted with the quality of my purchase, and a minor imperfection was promptly put right by a Hypnos technician's visit. Unfortunately, I experienced back discomfort with the new bed and had to liaise with Annett's Richard Pugh to seek a mutually-acceptable solution. I had the very best consideration for my circumstances while options were explored, finally enabling an exchange of divan base for another type, of comparable specification, at no extra cost to myself. Throughout this period, Richard was accessible, constructive and influential in sorting out a trying situation, such that I am very satisfied with the outcome. The company's efficient and professional delivery and bed assembly men gave advance notice of arrival, kept to time and took great care of my property, coping with the tight stairway and small bedroom .
When trouble occurs with an expensive purchase, you find out whether the after sales service standards actually ring true; in my case Annetts is a merited 5 stars.

Fantastic service from the moment we entered the store we were greeted by Barrie. We returned to place our order for lounge furniture and a leather and material seat for our kitchen on this visit we were dealt with by Ben the manager he could not have been anymore helpful.
We took delivery of our order last week and again received superb service from the 2 delivery men.
Excellent and very professional, friendly service from start to finish.
