I have been a loyal customer of vperfume and frequently recommended their service, but my recent experience has been quite disappointing. I ordered a perfume called Amouage Rose Incense from the Al Shamkha Makani Mall branch. When the order arrived at the branch, I was unexpectedly informed that the price had been increased. They claimed it was the last piece and that the price shown on the website was incorrect. I’m really surprised that a reputable company would handle customers in this manner. Customers concern is quality of service.

Accordingly, I have purchased 2 boxes of Qissati 4 (plus 2 free) for an amount of AED 1922/-. My recent visit on Aug 13th (Branch Sharaf DG) metro station experience with your customer service department. My goal is to provide constructive feedback to help improve your service.
As i encountered several issues with customer service. Specifically, the staff member Ashiq and other staffs was unhelpful and dismissive when I asked for assistance with a product return as there was an issue with bottle leakage which was under waranty within 7 days from the billing date. This experience was frustrating because I had to spend additional time resolving the issue and felt undervalued as a customer.
I believe that additional training for your staff on handling customer inquiries could greatly improve the service.
