"Account page needs help!!!"

The products are wonderful, but my account page is a mess. It's inaccurate. I can't find my current shipment information to make changes. Then, I went on the webpage and found out that I could order the 3 bottles of Beyond D3 for $27.51, instead of the $44.55. That's a big difference! Please make sure that the lids aren't glued on like one batch that I received last year.

The health products seem effective and good quality. However, I was irritated that prices in Healthy Directions Winter 2025 pamphlet could not be realised on the ordering website. There was no "small print" explanation that I could find, as to the difference.

I cleared all that with my financial institution and called the service center for assistance on getting my order to go through. The representative i spoke with was helpful in getting me to resubmit my order when she could not find the record in your system.

You offer different prices on your web site and your mail offers. Mail prices always lower prices. Why not offer the same prices? It's confusing.I just placed an order on web site, then I receive a mail offer with lower price on same supplement. That is not right.
