Fullbrook Associates have helped us come out of our timeshare contract and are in the process of retrieving a full refund from the missold timeshares. We have received part payment and are waiting for the next, which we have full confidence in them getting. Even though these things take time to sort out, there has always been great communication and updates. So far we are pleased with the service that they have provided

I have just read the recent review which claims that Fullbrook are not legally qualified to terminate timeshare contracts. Looking through earlier reviews another claims that Fullbrook are scamming people and taking money fraudulently. My purpose in commenting is that I too have been contacted by numerous companies making such claims, all of which named Diamond as the the source of the information. The very company that, on behalf of clients, Fullbrook is terminating timeshare contracts and seeking compensation through FOS.
I am uniquely placed to comment on this as I am the lead test case at FOS and have worked very closely with Fullbrook for a considerable time.
Bearing in mind the accusations made against Fullbrook, I did my own checks . The Company has a fully qualified solicitor and is registered with FOS. My case was accepted by FOS and Diamond have been fully engaged, making their own very lengthy rebuttal - proof positive that they accept Fullbrook's credentials. Moreover, Fullbrook have legally terminated my contract with Diamond. Diamond have not responded to either Fullbrook or myself - this point has been raised with FOS.
This has been a long and protracted process, which is extremely frustrating for clients. However, it took a long time to receive a response from FOS and Diamond were slow to respond. Following an initial review that found in our favour, a Diamond appeal and another submission by Fullbrook, the preliminary decision went in our favour. Both sides were then given a last chance to produce relevant information. FOS has had this for a few months and we are still awaiting a final decision.
We are confident that we will win the day. Our defence amounted to about 700 pages, with favourable witness statement from Diamond Sales reps, Sales Manager, Marketing Training Manager and Resort Sales Director. Fullbrook employed a barrister to assist with preparation of the case. The case was outstanding in both its content and presentation - it concentrated on both factual evidence and legal points and was very compelling. No more could be done and Fullbrook should quite rightly take credit. They worked tirelessly to push my case through and any delays have not been of their making.
FOS have found that the credit agreement with me was unfair due to way DRI sold the fractional points to me as an investment and did not give enough information or time to make an informed choice on the day.
Fellow clients should continue to be patient and, in the knowledge that Fullbrook have done absolutely everything in their power to prosecute this business, hope that justice and common sense will prevail.
In my view Fullbrook have acted throughout with honesty, integrity and commendable professionalism. They have had my best interests at heart and I am very grateful for their outstanding work. I would have no hesitation in recommending them - we have come so far current clients should keep the faith and hope for the best.

I am extremely happy with the service Fullbrook Associates have offered me and delivered up to this point. The main reason for going with them was that they are a registered company with the Financial Conduct Authority and never asked for any money up front to retrieve any compensation I may receive. I only had to pay the timeshare termination fee and my timeshare was dually cancelled. I have continued to receive membership fee demands from Azure, which I was a bit sceptical about at first but after a quick call to Fullbrook they explained my legal position and I now ignore with confidence all Azure's correspondence. They are always available to respond to any queries I have and keep me up to date at all times with the compensation process. I cannot rate their professionalism highly enough especially today when cold calling scams are rife.

Don’t use this company they are scamming people out of money and you are still in your timeshare. If you don’t believe me contact your timeshare. Taking money and fraudulently letting you think it is terminated. Going to Scottish legal consumer commission to get this company for taking peoples money and telling us it is terminated!!!!

fullbrook associates have got us out of our timeshare and have kept us informed all the way through by phone or emails, lets just hope we can now get some money back , but this appears to be taking a long while, will be happy when there is final closure,

We are so pleased with Fullbrook they have released us out of our timeshare after 10mths something we have been trying to do for 7yrs and seeing many scammers in various locations. We never had any doubts about them from the time there rep come to us till we got the letter to say we are now released, they keep you informed all the way. Yes it does cost to get out of the contract but we will not paying any maintenance so it’s paid for it’s self and it’s giving us a piece of mind.
