Ordered a coat size medium it came and was absolutely massive and very weirdly proportioned. I tried to return it, but they said it was too late I explained how I didn’t have the chance to access it because it was at my nans during lockdown. They then agreed to let me swap it for something else, they then began ignoring my emails.
