"ZERO CUSTOMER CONSIDERATION"
I am a member in Rodeo Ørestad and I have also purchased vennekort. I have been using the services and have also bought so many products from them. I was happy with the services until recent incident.
I had booked an appointment and I received a message a day before that appointment was rescheduled to some other time. I rearranged my Saturday to make for the new time. Unfortunately the next morning I had a small accident and I was not well to go . It was only few hours before the appointment but I thought they would understand the situation. I called them so many times but no answer. The website wouldnt let me reschedule anything. I tried multiple attempts and accidentally, I cancelled the appointment online. I immediately received a call from them saying they would charge me for the cancellation. I told them the reason and booked another appointment. I thought it has been waived off as I had a very genuine reason. When I went to the appointment next time I also got some additional services which the hairdresser recommended . I purchased a product as well. Despite being a loyal customer, they charged 500 kr fee in my bill. There is absolutely no consideration of a customer. I have spent so much already and still they treat you like this. I would have accepted the fee if I had cancelled without a reason but I got injured and still they dint consider that. They just lost a loyal customer. I would never ever go back to this place who doesn’t care about their customers
