I had never heard of Sunbit until I had difficulty with my automobile. The cost of coming out of pocket was more than I anticipated. An employee at Gunters Automotive in the service department. He asked if I had heard about Sunbit. He explained the services offered and made the phone call for me.The staff from Sunbit took it from there. They eased my mind, my pocket. And my payments was very reasonable. Now I am back again! Thank you for being there.

Tried printing the Sept statement and all I get is a blank PDF. All prior months I have been able to print the PDF. I also tried printing the Sept statement at another computer with no success. The online and phone customer service was useless and made no effort to help.

I had to have 10 teeth taken out... I was already being charged OVER $2,200 !! Thank the Lord Jesus that Sunbit helped me... I qualified for almost the whole amount that it was gonna cost to get my teeth taken out... We set up payments & 1 more payment & they are paid off...

The reason why I rate one star is because I had to do down payment which I had to borrow money to do down payment. Once I am approved, I shouldn't pay anything as long as you have my card info and my account info too. That was upset about sunbit.

The online process was extremely easy and customer service was easy to reach and provided answers within 24 hours.

"To request an extension on the due pending previous request from the dental charges incurred and due to dental work pending to charges made through the Sunbit contract."

I made this call to Sunbit to request an extension on this payment because only half the work was completed. I was made to sign this contract before any work was done. I requested from this dental office to email me a detail break down of charges incurred. 3 days later nothing. I contacted them again 5 days later no response. I appreciate that Sunbit satisfied my request for extension, However this office never explained to me that this agreement incorporated $299.00 fee for a year of future services which I would never have agreed to. Sunbit advised me to contact the dental because any changes to the contract needed to come from their office not Sunbit.
