"Refused to refund"

They did not listen to what I wanted. They delivered a website that was totally wrong and un-useable. I asked for a refund and they gave me a run around. They have since stopped responding to my messages. They wasted a month of my time.

They are crooks and the reviews are set-ups. "Paid" for the trademark, website, and hosting back in February, and nothing to date. You get an American lead voice from 800# and then foreign folks with American names handle your account. I got the sales buffet often to buy more services but, they only collected money. They will change names I'm sure. Their phone numbers have ended and been changed a few times beyond the 800# to the lead American voice. Their receipts are a clear warning sign that I ignored. These other reviews must be setups. My bank account says otherwise.
