On selling my house l was at a loss l did not know what to do and became very stressed as my current mortgage holder would not lend any finance because of
the Ingenia Life Style arrangement where they own the land and the purchaser owns the house. l found this quite unrealistic as they were not looking at the bigger picture and appeared to be stuck in a box and not looking outside the square.
Thankfully l was given Land Lease Home Loans contact number and there Office Manager went out of her way to make the Home Loan seamless and she could not do enough to assist in making the process less stressful as selling and buying property is stressful enough she alleviated all of my concerns . Well done Fiona you were amazing and l would recommend Land Lease Home Loans to anyone wanting to borrow money as in my case l did not have quiet enough but l was able to not only purchase a house but a given a New Life Style as well.Anyone wishing to down size and maybe stuck give Land Lease Home Loans a call it would be worth the call.
