"Worst website ever"

Worst website ever . Delivery takes so long and they didn’t even deliver my order and the support doesn’t even respond to you even though the said that it is available 24 hours . Please don’t ever buy from this website

I had a problem with my order and wanted to withdraw my money from the balance and I've been trying to contact the support for 5 hours straight and they reply with the same message

The prices are increasing, customer service aren't helpful I think I'm going to switch to other websites that provide better service and cheaper prices.

and to me customer service is the most improtant thing.

My account has been disabled after a purchase I get one key and the other key was pending after a moment I tried to log in again a couldn't login to get the other key

I placed an order for pubg uc keys I got one key and the other was pending after a moment to check my order a found out my account log out and not active I tried to fix it by clicking on I forget my password or resend my activation code nothing happened I got an error message

I liked the service, but there are some things you need to take into consideration.
1. They keep increasing their prices on a weekly basis; at this rate, their service will not be viable soon.
2. The customer support can't understand English very well. They always miss the point of your complaint. I am guessing they use Google Translate.

3. You can't cancel an order if you change your mind.

4. You can't request the same service twice; for example if you want two years of PS Plus, they will refuse and add only one year. I don't know why they don't do it, although I am paying for the service.

5. Don't add more funds than you need. I don't trust their website to hold the balance for long periods of time also don't save your credit card.
