I recently ordered a pair of the new Everyday Earbuds Pro. They are average at best. They broke in less than 30 days. I had to ship them back, which took about 10 days to get credit for the return. They decide to charge me full price, an additional $43.00 for a new pair. This product and this company are a joke.

"I am disappointed"
I am disappointed I couldn’t get any help from customer service. I ordered a microphone that costed me $400 but received an empty box and support couldn’t "help me any further", while being unprofessional. Around 2 weeks of mail exchanges for nothing.
Nice prices, but receiving the item would have been better. I won’t order again.

I found the web site very easy to use and found a really good offer for the old model Mixpre 6. Shipping was fast and the Mixpre came very well packed. Managed to get a "POwercore 20000 PD" power pack for the Mixpre as the inbuilt AA batteries are only meant to power the device for very short periods.
Overall: pleased with my purchase and well worth the money
