I paid for Express Shipping and the website stated if ordered before 2pm will be shipped same day. It took 2 days to ship my order. other then that great product.

customer service was helpful and to the point. went to the store and picked it up.

for some reason they needed identification, i understand it's probably for security, but if i have the order number, shouldn't it be fine? eitherway letting them know the last 3-4 numbers of my debit card worked.

also you need an area for customers to sit down while the staff goes to pick up the items from the back. it was a hot summer day i went to pick up my stuff and i had to stand outside in the sun while the staff went to get my stuff from the back.

service seems to be generally fast. make sure to put your order through on thursday at the latest as, if you put it in friday night, they will not pick the stuff up on the week end and you will have to go on monday to pick your stuff up. this was what was told to me when i called on saturday.
