The training facilities were perfect! Warm and comfortable with excellent tea & coffee facilities. The location is very central and there is ample parking in the area.

I was warmly welcomed and felt comfortable during the event. Everything was explained to a point I understood it. Videos were excellent, further illustrating what was being taught. I was allowed to practice on the dummy until I felt confident I could perform the process in a real life situation.
